What is Llama ID?

Llama ID is focused on trying to reduce time to hire in regulated activity to around 5 days. We will do this by utilising our technology to synchronise previous and current safer recruitment data with new employers. Employees are in full control of who sees their data and who to share it with. They can also build up profiles for different industries such as teaching and tutoring to enable more flexibility in their careers. We are leading the way in safer recruitment data and automation to reduce the hiring frustrations for employers and employees.

Still asking for the same checks to be completed?

We asked ourselves, if an employee has valid verified check data from previous employment, why should it need to be done again? We are changing that! Llama ID is breaking the background screening cycle by creating a blockchain of data so new employers don’t have to do the same check twice.
